These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for using CourtMaster (hereinafter referred to as the "App") between the users of the App and the developer. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Paid Subscriptions

This App offers additional features utilizing Apple's in-app purchases (Auto-Renewable Subscriptions).

• Title: Basic Plan / Premium Plan
• Duration: 1 Month (Auto-renewing)
• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• Auto-Renewal: Automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management & Cancellation: Users can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in their App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Refunds: We do not process direct refunds, in accordance with Apple's policies.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

This App allows users to post and share group names, member names, scores, etc. Users must comply with the following rules.

[Developer's Rights]: We reserve the right to remove any content deemed in violation of these Terms without prior notice, and to suspend the associated user's account without prior notice. We will also promptly respond to reports from Apple or other users.

3. Prohibitions

• Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of the App's servers or networks.
• Acts that harass other users or hinder the normal operation of the service.

4. Disclaimer

The Developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused by the use of this App. Users are responsible for backing up their own score data, etc.

5. Application of Privacy Policy

The handling of information obtained from users is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
